New Hastings Office Complex Opens Despite Recession Clouds Hanging Low
Although the opening of the office space at One Priory Square was welcomed by local business leaders, who hoped that it would lead to more local revenues as businesses make Hastings their home, the threat of recession still loomed over the new office complex.
CEO of Ten Sixty Six Enterprise Ham Marley and Alan Canon, Director of AM Commercial Ltd, both were of the view that the office spaces might suffer a little due to recession but would still find buyers because the pricing was good, along with the provision of desk space to rent, and with the location being a nice and respectable one. Ham Marley offers another reason in favour of the new office spaces saying that it fills the spaces in East Sussex area nicely and should be attractive to buyers - click for info on desk space Brighton.
The opening of One Priory Square was a spectacle that was witnessed by 200 people, who were also treated with three concerts and great views from the balcony of the sixth floor. The building is strategically located to offer great view of Hastings and its surroundings. One Priory Square has around 44,000 sq feet of office space within its six floors. It’s located at the corner where Havelock Road and Priory Street cut each other.
The development of this property was the responsibility of Coastal Land LPP but it was a joint venture project undertaken by Sea Space and The Land Group.
